Of course, our best demonstration of Customer Portal is right here on this Community Site.  The "Reported Defects," "Requested Features," and "Request Support" tabs completely depend on Customer Portal for their functionality.  Lately, Customer Portal has also been a popular topic for discussion in the forums and blogs, too.
