Every now and then, I read a blog post that's more than just interesting.  I thought I'd share a few with you.  In the past couple of weeks, these posts have stood out for me:

• In the "Ship Software OnTime" department...
• Andrés Taylor writes about Top ten things ten years of professional software development has taught me. His advice is sound and would help any software development team come closer to the goal of shipping software on-time!  Definitely worth the read.
• In the "Entrepreneur" department...
• Guy Kawasaki gives a glowing review of the book Founders at Work, but even though my copy of the book hasn't arrived, Guy's writeup is a great short read because of the cherry picked quotes from founders of Apple, Lotus, Hotmail, Yahoo and more.
• In the "Cool" department...
• This new AppleTV Hacker blog gives step-by-step instructions on how to rip DVDs for the AppleTV.  There's all kinds of other hacks in there too - man that was fast!
  
• In the "Sweet Endorsement" department...
• Rob Howard, founder of Telligent, creators of the Community Server product that this blog is running, gives a pretty good endorsement to the BlackBerry 8800.  For those of us in need of smart phones (all of which are mostly dumb), endorsements like these are a great way for us to find the right product.  Too bad this phone is currently only a Cingular product.  I've already sworn I'll never go Cingular again!  (the Apple iPhone might make me take back my words, but I doubt it)
• In the "Oh no!  He's telling them everything" deparment...
• Eric Sink has defected from the elite group of those "in the know" and decided to share the secrets of success with the public in his post Valuable Secret Strategy Tips.  Eric is one of the founders of SourceGear, makers of Vault, a great SCM product that OnTime integrates with.

Yeh, they are a random collection of blog posts, but that's the stuff that interests me.
