Hello,

When you give customers or anonymous users access to view attachments in the customer portal (which is required if you have any inline images or anything in your description, etc), it shows the "Details" section below, with the ability to save the attachments, etc. Is there a way to hide this details section? We just want to be able to display images, etc inside of the custom portal items. Or is there another way to do this? 

There is no way currently to let users see attachments in the items without giving them permission to see the attachments list.

There are no plans for it at this point, so you should request it so we can review it for a future version.
