So now we are down to one issue which would be logging into the windows version on a pc which you are not logged into AND logging out of the windows version on a PC that you are logged into as yourself and trying to log back in. Is this by design?
Debbie,
Please understand that the process that you are looking for is not possible within the Microsoft Windows operating system. Users that are using the OnTime windows integrated authentication to OnTime have to login as them on the local domain if they wish to use the application. Users that are not logging in to the workstation as their domain user will not be able to use this method of authenticating to the OnTime application. You would have to specify the other users login information under the manage users window if you plan not to login as your domain user to on the machine. Also, users will not be able to log out of the OnTime application when using the windows integrated authentication method since the logout process is not supported in this authenticate process for the windows operating system.
We have pretty much addressed all of the specific items in this forum thread that could be the root cause to this issue. If this still continues to be a problem, please contact our technical support staff at 1-800-653-0024 Option 3 for support.
Thank you,
