Problem:
I am unable to see other user’s tasks that have been created in OnTime. I can see mine, but not others.
Resolution:
The reason that you cannot see the created tasks in the OnTime application is because they have not been made publicly viewable. When creating a task in OnTime, under the “Add” or “Edit” item window, you will see a field called "Task is Public". Check marking this field will allow you to share your tasks and any other user’s tasks with others in the OnTime application. Since tasks are based on per-user level the other users cannot see them until they are made public. You can automatically default this check box to be selected when creating new items by creating a custom field template for tasks and selecting the proper default value. To create a custom field template, go to the Tools tab and select “Manage Field Templates”. From the manage field templates window, select the “Tasks” tab and click on “Add”.
