Problem:
I have installed the latest version of the OnTime 2006 windows client and now I am getting a “SandBar” exception message.
Error:
Product Version: 6.1.2.6397
Error Message:
The located assembly's manifest definition with name 'SandBar' does not match the assembly reference.

Resolution:
The following error message is generated when the previous version of the OnTime windows client was not uninstalled prior to installing the most recent version. To resolve this problem, please uninstall all instances of the OnTime windows client from the local machine under Add/Remove Program Files and reinstall the desired version of the windows client.
