After the upgrade from OnTime 2007 V7.0.0.7133 to V7.0.1.7150 the end users of the OnTime 2007 web client are unable to view nor edit their existing items in the application. The following error message may also appear when adding a new item in the OnTime web client as well.
Resolution:
The following problem in the OnTime 2007 web client will be resolved in the OnTime 2007 7.0.2 maintenance release.
As a workaround for now, the administrators of the OnTime application will need to remove the required checkmark option for all of the date fields in the application that have been set as required within the Custom field templates.
To modify the custom field template go to; Tools > Manage Field Templates > Select; Defects, Features, Tasks, or Incidents tab and edit the desired field template.
