I signed up for a free hosted account to test onTime and when I was prompted for company name, I provided a ficticious name. Now that I have evaluated and I like the product, I would like to change this alias to my actual company's name. Is this possible? If not, can I "unsubscribe" and create a new account?

(p.s.: I tried subscribing again and I received a message that I already have an account under my email address).

If you could email support with your account information we can cancel that account and then you should be able to create a new account.
