Sorry - I was trying to post this in the Report a Bug section but cannot seem to get that screen to load :-(

I have created new views for both Defects and Features. Whenever I select the "saved" view the system throws a "string of binary data would be truncated" exception. If I choose continue the view does not load until I select one of the other tabs, then return to the original tab (on which I was attempting to load the view in the first place)- at which point it is applied correctly.

I have just upgraded from 2006 to 2007 and in doing our 2006 database was updated (naturally enough).

Possibly related to this, we receive the same error when choosing the new "Customers" tab - not sure it this is related or gives you any clues - but aturally I need to get to the bottom of that one as well.

Can you please tell me which version of the OnTime 2007 windows or web client are you currently working with? I have tested the views in OnTime 2007 windows and web version 7.0.2 and it seems that I can’t get the same error message you are. Can you please send us a set of detailed steps that we could following in order to replicate this problem on our end? Also, if you could send us any error messages or screenshots on this problem, that would be very helpful.
