Just started using OnTime for Windows 2006 a couple of weeks ago.  I want to make our own custom reports grouping defects per developer.  Right now I can make a report by developer, but it stops after listing data fro the first developer.

I think I need a general manual for creating reports ;-) but I didn't see one on the site.  Is there such a thing ?

Currently the only documentation that we have when it comes to creating a custom report in OnTime is under the Users Guide > Reports. If you do not have the user's guide handy, you may download from the link below.

I looked at user's guide and I am still perplexed at how to create custom reports.  In particular I am stumped on how to create totals in the footer.  I am not a programmer and do not wish to go into the code.  However, is that the only way?  I have resorted to creating reports in Microsoft Access, but I would rather use OnTime reports.  Is there somebody that can point me in the right direction?

When it comes to creating reports in the OnTime application, it is recommended that you have some knowledge in ActiveReports. Currently, the only other place to get more information on how construct a custom report would be; www.datadynamics.com.
