I guess some wrong settings
have stayed in our database from version OnTime 2006.
I have created new Company
(Tools/Customer Portal/Manage Customers - click Add). I have created new
customer in that company.
I have set the
"Restrict View to: GAR-IC", "Allow Add/Edit In: GAR-IC".
(please see the screenshot Custom_1.png).
I have Logged in like the
new user on the Customer portal. I have add new Defect. The Defect has appeared
in different project then GAR-IC. I have erased the problematic project. I have add new Defect trough
the customer portal again. Now the defect disappeared immediately and isn't displayed
at all.
I checked the problem in
our database. The defect is attached to the projectId to the project which has
been erased (the Project doesn't exist in the database in the table Projects). I would like to give you more info but it is only one attachment
possible to add.
I am affraid the filter problem relates to issue described above.
Is it possible to erase settings of customer portal or something like this? Do you have some another advice to me?
