    Firefox

    Hi,

I'm trying to install the customer portal on my local XP machine for testing. I've installed IIS, .NET 2.0, and the customer portal of course. Each one was simple, just download and run the .exe, then "Next, Next, Next". Running IE, I can go to http://localhost/OnTime2007Portal/default.aspx and things appear to work (note that I can NOT got to http://localhost/OnTime2007Portal/ without a 403 error, and I'm not sure that's normal, but at least I can get it to work). In Firefox going to the first address prompts me for a download of the aspx file which then opens in notepad. Going to the second tells me that the directory listing is denied.

Any ideas what I did wrong?

    Thanks

    Hello,

To resolve this problem go to IIS > properties of the OnTime 2007 Portal virtual directory > Documents tab > and add “Default.aspx?” to the default document list. This should resolve this problem for you. The same scenario will work for the OnTime 2007 web edition as well.

    Thank you,
