On my web version i have added a new feature custom field, but when i add a new feature on new items don't show my new custom field.... What is the problem ?

You need to go to the relevant field template (under manage templates) and tick the visible option for the relevant field in the relevant template

Yes, this might be a bit of a pain, espceially if you have lots of templates. 

I have tick visible my custom field, but when i insert a new items (features) don't show the field. After add a templates, this is automatically in use for all user or need to activate ???
