Since you are a hosted user of OnTime, you will need to login to the Axosoft Store under the following web URL (https://store.axosoft.com/login.aspx?ReturnURL=myaccount.aspx) and install the remote server tool that will allow you to establish a successful connection to your hosted database. Once you have logged into the Axosoft store, clicking on your current hosted database name will allow you to install the OnTime Remote Server. Once the OnTime Remote Server is installed, you will receive an email notification along with the Remote Server Web URL as well as the OnTime Remote Server security Token GUID. Using these two pieces of information you will be able to establish a successful connection to the database using the OnTime 2007 windows client.
