Problem getting emails

    Problem getting emails

    I have Ontime 2007 set to connect to a POP3 account on an Exchange 2003 server.  The Test connection works fine.  When I tell it to "Check Now" I get the following

    5/5/2007 1:58:12 PM: Checking server mail.myserver.com
    5/5/2007 1:58:12 PM: Connecting...
    5/5/2007 1:58:12 PM: Retrieving list of messages...
    5/5/2007 1:58:12 PM: There are 0 messages...
    5/5/2007 1:58:12 PM: Disconnecting...
    5/5/2007 1:58:12 PM: Disconnected.
    5/5/2007 1:58:12 PM: Finished checking server mail.myserver.com...

     There are 2 messages currently sitting in the Inbox but they are not getting downloaded.  Have I missed a setting somewhere?  I have been all over the forums and documentation and I think I have everything set up correctly.  I can use Thunderbird to connect and download the emails.

     I am on the 30 day trial, does that have something to do with it?

    The 30 day trial is a fully functional trial of the OnTime product.

    Make sure that the OnTime2007 Email service is started and pointing to the same OnTime database.

    Please make sure that you have properly associated the desired project when configuring the POP3 Email Accounts in OnTime under; Tools > Manage Email Accounts > Edit Account window > Default Values tab. Make sure that you have also properly configured the email account to be imported as either a defect, feature or an incident into the database. Clicking on the “Test Settings” button under the Email Account Settings tab will verify if the settings that you have provided for your POP3 account are correct.

    The service is up and running.  There are no errors in the Event viewer.

    I have set it to an account and I have tried incident, defect and feature to no avail.  When I hit Test Settings, it says successful.  I am not getting any errors in the event logs or on the screen.

     Anything else I can try?

    Have you properly associated the correct project in your pop3 email settings section for the inbox that you are checking? Please verify that the default project is selected for the emails that are being imported under the “Default Values” tab. Do the emails get imported when selecting the desired pop3 email account from the email accounts window and clicking on "Check Now"?
