    Reporting or exporting from Customer Portal
    Is there a way to expose a report or enable exporting of the view of defects/features/incidents presented to customers via the Customer Portal?

    Hello Greg,

    There is currently no way within OnTime to expose a report or enable exporting through the Customer Portal.

    If this is a feature you'd like to see in future versions of OnTime, I suggest submitting the idea to our developers through our Customer Portal. Here's a link to the 'Requested Feature' section of our Customer Portal:
