Work Log Exports to CSV File?

    Hello All,

    We just upgraded to OnTime 7.1 and the Work Log Export function seems to have been permanently disabled for certain (and seemingly random) users.
    Does anyone know if this function is wrapped around a security permission or is turned on/off somewhere?

    Hello Josh,

    In order to export Worklogs, there are actually 2 security role permissions that are checked by OnTime.

    A user must have permission to:

    1) View Worklog  (For example, for Defects they'd need the permission "Defects>View Defect Work Log")

    2) Global Export ("Global Privileges>Administration>Export")
     

    That should do it- but let me know if you still have problems, or if you have any further questions.
