Hello Josh,
In order to export Worklogs, there are actually 2 security role permissions that are checked by OnTime.
A user must have permission to:
1) View Worklog (For example, for Defects they'd need the permission "Defects>View Defect Work Log")
2) Global Export ("Global Privileges>Administration>Export")
That should do it- but let me know if you still have problems, or if you have any further questions.
