Can only have one active window

    Can only have one active window
    Using OnTime Windows 7.0.2.7191. When I am editing an incident or defect and click on the related links tab I can double click on the related link to open the related item but only the newly opened window is active.  In other words, I can't go back and forth between the two open tickets and work on them simultaneously.  Is that something in the configuration we can change?

    Hello June,

    That sounds like that would make a great feature request. Currently, you can only have one active edit window open at once, but it might be something that can be changed in our next major version.

    I recommend submitting the idea of having multiple edit windows active at one time in our Customer Portal. Our developers will consider the idea when they're developing future versions of OnTime.
