Hello Michael,
Currently the only way within OnTime to configure Auto-Replies is through the email account settings, and those are only sent out when an incoming email has created the new item. There is no built-in way to configure OnTime to send auto-replies when a new item is created through the SDK.
You can submit a feature request in our Customer Portal, and we will consider the request when developing future versions of OnTime.
