    Hi,

    How can I send an Auto-Reply to a newly created Incident, Feature, Task or Defect when this item was submitted through the WebService-SDK?

    Hello Michael,

    Currently the only way within OnTime to configure Auto-Replies is through the email account settings, and those are only sent out when an incoming email has created the new item. There is no built-in way to configure OnTime to send auto-replies when a new item is created through the SDK.

    You can submit a feature request in our Customer Portal, and we will consider the request when developing future versions of OnTime.

    I had the very same issue while evaluating the SDK. But then I found that sending out an autoreply myself from my app is so simple that it wouldn't make much difference to send the reply using the ontime SDK.
