Customer Portal - Error trying to edit

Customer Portal - Error trying to edit

When a customer clicks the Edit icon (in both the defects & features) they receive the following error:

"Culture 'en' is a neutral culture. It cannot be used in formatting and parsing and therefore cannot be set as the thread's current culture."

Other than the menus at the top of the screen, no other information is shown. Customer was given full permission to view and edit all content. Everything else appears to work ok.

Config error or bug? Any suggestions?

Re: Customer Portal - Error trying to edit

The error message that the customer portal user is getting sounds like a customer portal web.config problem. Can you tell me if multiple customers are experiencing this issue? Where exactly is the customer located and what regional settings are used on the user's local machine? Is the customer portal website installed on a web server with US regional settings by any chance? Was the Web.config file modified?

    Thank you,

Re: Customer Portal - Error trying to edit

All customers get the error message when they try to edit a previously entered defect or feature. If we log on as a customer and attempt to edit the issue, we also get the error - even on the hosting server. The Web.Config file appears to be the same as it was prior to the upgrade to OnTime2008. (The upgrade of the portal software and database were both normal without any errors.)

The portal server was originally set to Canadian regional settings (because it resides in Canada), however it was changed to US, rebooted and still no change.

What content in the Web.config file should we be looking at?
