2008 RC puts extra lines in rich text

Seems that if using the rich text format, hitting enter always puts an extra line break in the text.  Does not matter what the setting is (<BR> or <P>).  Wasn't this corrected previously?  Not sure if the B2 did this.

Is this in Windows or Web?  Does using Shift + Enter work?

Yes, shift-enter works the way I want it to (not extra line break).  Is that really how it is intended to work?  We have to hit shift-enter to get a normal link break?  If that is the case, I don't understand the point of System Setting > HTML Editor [Enter] key behavior.

I failed to mention that this is using the Windows client

This does seem to have gotten broken in RC.  We were able to track it down an fix it.  It will be fixed in the release.
