Email Template Font Size
I noticed when formatting the text within the Email Templates if it is HTML and you change the font size lets say from 2 (10pt) to 1 (8pt) the on screen text is formatted correctly. Except when the email is generated the "dynamic text" is much larger and appears to be set to a standard size. So the formatting is not consisent and what you applied does not affect the dynamic text size.

Re: Email Template Font Size
What is the actual HTML saved in the template? You can look at the EmailTemplates table.
