Hello Marc,
When you say that the webservices timeout, are you refering to the OnTime Web client or the Email Services? The OnTime Web client does have a timeout value in the web.config file located in your OnTime web directory- but I think you're probably refering to the Email Services. The Email services shouldn't be timing out or stopping- they should essentially be running nonstop where ever you have them installed.
What indication do you have that the POP3 email services are timing out? Do you get an exception error in your OnTime Exception Viewer? Or are there any errors or messages in the Windows Event Viewer on the machine that the services are running on that might give us some insight into the cause of the timeout?
If you find any errors either in the Exception Viewer or in the Event Viewer, could you send them in an email to support@axosoft.com?
Thank you,
Tom Harder
