When I start the operator's page in pure chat I get the following error

Property accessor ‘RequestedDate’ on object 'PureChat.Chat' threw the following ecception: Attempt to access the method failed.'

What could I be doing wrong.

Here is the screen shot that you asked for.

Is this set up on a machine you control, or do you have it installed in a shared hosted environment? Are you using the 2.0 or 3.5 version?

Also, if you're able...can you run the operator console in Firefox with Firebug (http://www.getfirebug.com/) turned on? That will show some more detail to the error that's happening on the server. Alternatively, if you can email me (jonasb at axosoft dot com) the Url to your operator console so I can see first-hand what's happening, that would work too.
