    Changing Filters on Customer Portal

    Is there any way to change the filters that show up on the customer portal?

    Hi Mark,

    The filter is based on the grid settings displayed in your Customer Portal Settings. Go to tools > Manage > Custom Portal Settings. Under General Settings > Click on the item type you want change settings. The Columns you display will also add the ability to filter by that field. Not all fields are filterable.

    Thanks for the reply. 

     I want to be able to show some columns but remove the filters for those columns.  I also want to change the default behavior of some of the filters.  For example the date needed filter looks backwards instead of forwards.  I would like to filter date needed by the next 30 days instead of the last 30 days.

    Is there no way to do this?

    Currently there is no way of doing the examples above. I recommend that you submit feature request in our Customer Portal.
