I am getting two errors that I cannot figure out.

I am running the .NET 3.5 version of PureChat

Error 1: Operator Console OR User Console (There was an error processing the request - Your session has been terminated, you must login again)
Error 2: Cant get the "Online, Offline" images to display... button properly opens chat window, but images dont appear.

Hmm, ok so after some error checking and dabbling I found that the first error I encountered was because of an IIS worker process.  I put PureChat on a dedicated application pool and the issue is gone

I moved my "online/offline" images to the wwwroot folder, and that solved my image issue

Unfortunately my next issue is purely cosmetic.

My "online/offline" image is not updating when i click the away button or close the operator console.  So my issue is that it says that i am ALWAYS ONLINE.

    This is not good

Ok forget that last post.  Im just not patient enough.

I waited a few minutes and the image changed.. It must just be cached or something

On the machine where the away/available image wasn't refreshing...what browser were you using?

IE7, but I don't think it was the browser... I think it had to do with the application pool.

I am still getting the first error, but very rarely now that I am using a dedicated application pool.

well... it is getting more and more frequent now.

The operator panel is crashing so often that it is rendering the software completely useless.

I have checked the event logs, but it is not logging anything in there.

I am using the .NET 3.5 version of PC.

Can you try running the console in Firefox using the firebug addon, that will show you if you are getting errors on the server that are causing your problems...you'll see them as 500 responses in firebug.

I was using purechat in conjunction with SmarterPing in order to keep it alive and server the data quicker, however as soon as I turned OFF SmarterPing, the error stopped happening.

I will keep my fingers crossed in hopes that this IS in fact the resolve.
