I would love it if we could have a Text Only version of the Online / Offline button.  On our "Contact Us" page I would like to display whether or not our suppor is online via a text link.

I would also like it if we could set the "Online / Offline" images right in the javascript used on our page.  Our support system will have buttons on multiple pages, and some of the buttons need to look different than they do on other pages.

That's awesome.  I think this would be a cool feature to be able to add into our Knowledge Base.  With a little bit of JavaScipt, we would be able to tell our visitors if we are available to chat or not right inside a KB article.
