The AssignedTo combo is not visible to users for task and the the AssignedTo combo is populating with the current user only. I was not able to get the combo with all user list.

Followed the settings

"Tools>System Options>User Lists Settings" and uncheck the option that's labeled "List users by project access".

I have followed the above steps but the result is the same.  I was not able to see the AssignedTo combo populating all values. For the admin login it is working fine with the settings. But for normal user login it is not working with the settings. I have unchecked  List users by project access and checked Include inactive users in user lists. For defects and features it is working fine for user login. For task alone it is creating problems.

Hi Jeba,

The "Assigned To" for tasks is based on a security settings called "assign tasks". Give your users that security setting in security roles and the list should be visible to them.
