    Hi

    Just wondering why my report  "Incidents Details by current Filter" is missing information when I generate it. The missing fields ie description has data in it and yet does not appear in the report.

    Hello Michelle,

    If I understand you correctly, some of the data in the large text fields isn't generating in the report? That may be because of unknown HTML formatting tags contained in the text. You can go to "Tools>User Options" and uncheck the option labeled "Print item details as HTML" under Report Settings. This will print the item detail settings in plain text, and they should display correctly in your reports.
