I would like to know if I can install the remote server on a shared hosting environment

 Also, I would like to know if the customer portal has issues with full trust, I will use the windows client for developers, so I just need web for customer portal

The remote server should work OK in a shared hosting environment, the only thing to watch out is if there is another ASP.NET application installed at the root web site.

The customer portal should work fine with full trust, but you might have problems running in lower trust levels (I know OnTime Web needs full trust).
