We are currently using version 8.0.2.7604. I wasn't able to find this is the forums, so if it has been discussed point me to the right area.
We have been wanting to link a logged in Customer portal user's company name from the customer portal to a custom field we created for customers since we started using ontime. Currently when a customer creates a defect we must manually set this field.
For example, when a customer logs into the portal and fills in a defect, it fills out their name on the customer portal tab and afterwards it should automatically set the customer company name. I was hoping with the latest version of Ontime we would be able to do this, but I have tried and couldnt seem to get it to work properly. So if this is possible perhaps you can tell me the steps or a possible workaround. If not I can log it as a feature.
