    Subject is descriptive enough.  I have posted a few messages in here and am receiving NO response.  WTF guys, get your *** together.

    Problem is that when I talk to the support guys (Live Chat), they tell me to post questions an suggestions in the forum.  So if you are telling me to post in the forum, you better follow up with your forum.
