I would really like to prevent customers from seeing closed/resolved items. I've read http://community.axosoft.com/forums/thread/13204.aspx but am having no joy.
I've got a defect marked as resolved. And I've set up the customer to see all my non-closed defects.
Using public bugs to allow for filtering out closed means that I can't use the all company bugs=my bugs?

Can anyone suggest how you keep track of who has logged what in your system, as well as hiding closed items (especially if they are rejected!)
