Defects Fixed:

1243   Systemoptions.aspx under incidents settings causes page to freeze
1952   Email accounts window does not hold its position after editing an account
3386   Filter conditions for boolean fields are saved as '1', '0', or '', but parsed back as bool.Parse
3388   Images are not displayed on wiki pages in Portal if the customer's view wiki project is All Project
3402   Print option (right click or from view item) doesn't work if you have 'show items in sub projects' turned off
3405   Dependent pick lists not working in the Portal produces error
3410   When using Windows Authentication for Web browsing to any page other than Login.aspx causes exception
3411   Changes to item type labels in System Options does not reflect in Portal until web application is restarted
3415   Date Time stored proc parameters aren't sent to Remote Server in a culture agnostic manner
3420   Filter alerts throw an exception if only special users are added to notification list
3430   Manage list types when add/edit/delete in web was not refreshing
