It would be great to add a messagebox popup when a new defect or feature is added and assigned to the currently logged on users.

Also if there was some way to acknowledge that the assigned person read the defect and feature. 

One last item.  And this may already be on it, but allow for a defect to change to a feature keeping the tracking number the same.
