Here is another problem I've encountered while testing filter alerts in OnTime2007 (using Windows Client 6.9.0.7059, Database Version 6904). I have set up a simple filter alert that is checked every two minutes; the filter is set to send COLLATED notifications.

The problem is, the alert sends no notifications at all when I change any relevant defects. However, if I change the filter so that it sends non-collated notifications, it works, although with redundant notifications, as I mentioned in a separate forum message.

There are no failed/waiting entries in the EmailQueue table.

Hope you can help on this as well!

(P.S. - This problem also exists for RC1 under Windows Client 7.0.0.13, Database Version 7001.)

Thanks for the info, I was able to replicate this problem.  It will be fixed in the next release.
