Emails to more then one recipient?

Is it possibly to send an email through the reply in OnTime to more then one recepient?

It would be nice if you cc or bcc as well.

I tried with putting semicolon in the to field, but that didn't work. The reason for it is when we receive an incident at times we want to send the reply to more then just the person posting the incident.

Semicolon separated emails should work in the To field.  Were you getting an error, or did the email not go through?

In the latest release we've added a CC and a BCC field.

Did you see any errors in the event log on the SMTP server? Or any errors in OnTime under Help -> Exception Viewer?

Error 553 could be a relaying issue.  Can you send the email individually to each one of the receipients on the list?
