    Our product key still says "Full-Functional Trial" when activating the database

    Problem:

     

    We have purchased the OnTime product but we still get the “Full-Functional Trial” stamp when activating the OnTime database.

     

    Resolution:

    The reason that you see the Fully Functional Trial stamp in your product key is because the payment in our accounting department has not yet been processed. Once the payment is processed the primary contact of your company will be notified via email with the instructions on reactivating the current OnTime database.
