    I am unable to see my completed tasks in the OnTime client

    Problem:

     

    Whenever we complete a Task, we check the box that says, “Task is Completed”.  But after checking the box, you can’t find the Task again

     

    Resolution:

     

    By default, the users of OnTime will not be able to see the completed tasks. In order to see the completed tasks, users will need to enable this option under the mini toolbar in the Tasks tab under a button called “Show or Hide Completed tasks”. This will display the current completed tasks of that particular user.
