Problem:

After upgrading to OnTime 2007, I get the following error message: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” What can I do to resolve this problem?

Resolution:

That reason that this happens after the upgrade is because the current OnTime filter that is being used to filter the main list view of items may have a corrupt or incorrect filter condition in which the application is generating an exception message. To resolve this problem, be sure to edit the current selected custom filter on the main list view and be sure to specify the proper filter condition. If the filter condition is missing or is not correctly implemented, the users of OnTime will get this same error message when applying the filter on the main list view of items.
