iframe support is not currently available in Customer Portal, but will be made available in V7.0.2 --
It was a feature that we added to Customer Portal when we attempted to integrate it with Community Server, as well as iframe support we will also be shipping V7.0.2 with the ability to perform Single-Sign-On (as seen here on the Community Site) through the means of configurable authentication cookies.
