I really would like Auto Refresh capabilities on both the Web and Windows client. It should be configurable (every x minutes) and allow for bolding or some identifier of new items on the list since the last refresh.
We are looking to switch from another help desk system to OnTime to incorporate the development tracking, and this is something we have come to expect from an Incident ticketing system.
Shouldn't this be very trivial to implement? I've seen requests going back almost a year.
