The ability to set alert triggers for workflow steps is currently not available in the latest build of OnTime 2007. I have submitted a feature request as a possible feature enhancement of OnTime in the near future. The users guide is definitely not directing you to the proper page on how to setup the OnTime 2007 email services. We will resolve this documentation problem in our next release of OnTime.
