When a customer creates an account, they should be abe to view / edit / add all 3 item types. However, currently they have only the ability to view / add defects and add features, with no access at all to Incidents.
I have the checkboxes set accordingly. When I view the new customer's access settings, the checkboxes are cleared for these additional access options. If I add them manually, the customer can access all areas.
