    Thank you for bringing this to our attention -- we have identified that this is in fact a defect -- This defect only affects the new SSO functionality within Customer Portal.
     
    A temporary Work-around for this, is to edit SSO Contacts and check the "Allow View Own" options for Defects, Features and Incidents.
