    You would need to create a custom report in the OnTime application that will give you a detailed list of defects and features together in one report. Once the report is created, you will also need to specify how to filter this information based on the particular version within the actual report.

    To create a custom report such as the one that you are looking for, go to the Reports Tab in the OnTime windows client and select Manage Reports. From the Manage Reports window, select Other Reports and click on the “create a new report” icon on the top left side of the window. Creating other reports in OnTime will require you to input the necessary SQL commands to retrieve the values that you are looking for in the report. Once the proper SQL command is created, you will be able to make the modifications in the report that you would like.
