    The 30 day trial is a fully functional trial of the OnTime product.

    Make sure that the OnTime2007 Email service is started and pointing to the same OnTime database.

    Please make sure that you have properly associated the desired project when configuring the POP3 Email Accounts in OnTime under; Tools > Manage Email Accounts > Edit Account window > Default Values tab. Make sure that you have also properly configured the email account to be imported as either a defect, feature or an incident into the database. Clicking on the “Test Settings” button under the Email Account Settings tab will verify if the settings that you have provided for your POP3 account are correct.
