Please make sure that “Suppress All Notifications” feature
is not selected under Tools > Email Notifications > Email Configuration
window.
Check the database for any recent exceptions that could be
related to the email notification problem under the Help Tab > Exception
Viewer.
You can also check the email logs on the mail server to see
if the email messages are properly being relayed over to the SMTP mail server
from OnTime.
