    Have you properly associated the correct project in your pop3 email settings section for the inbox that you are checking? Please verify that the default project is selected for the emails that are being imported under the “Default Values” tab. Do the emails get imported when selecting the desired pop3 email account from the email accounts window and clicking on "Check Now"? If that doesn’t work, please send me your contact information to support@axosoft.com and we can continue to troubleshoot this issue for you.
