One of our users of Ontime has a very poor upload speed. Whenever she tries to upload a file bigger than 4-5 MB, she gets a timeout error. This occours in the client and web (both IE 7 and Firefox 2.0). I have set her up so she can either use the web client, or the client connecting through remote server.
This is the first couple of lines in the error:
---
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: There was an exception running the extensions specified in the config file. ---> Maximum request length exceeded.
---
This is not happening to any other users (they all have faster upload speed).
We are all on the same page version wise i.e. version 7191. The webserver and SQL are fully up to spec. The files she tries to upload are .avi files
I have edited web.config to allow attachments over 20 MB, so this shouldn't be a problem.
On the IIS box, I have set session timeout to 60 mins.
Ideas are MORE than welcome as this is severely hampering our process.
